Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements. 2. Conduct account reconciliations and assist with monthly close processes. 3. Analyze financial information and summarize financial status. 4. Review and recommend improvements to existing financial processes and systems. 5. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. 6. Collaborate with auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2. Proven experience of 3+ years in accounting or a financial role. 3. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP. 4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. 5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments.
